BRIGHT MINDS
This brand-new detective show (8 x 52’ + 1 x 90’) produced by JLA Productions features a very unusual partnership: two contrasting women who meet in the course of their work for the police. Promoting a culture of tolerance, this new series starring Lola Dewaere and Sara Mortensen expertly plays on the idea of difference, illustrated by a range of very funny and touching situations.
When Commander Raphaëlle Coste visits the police records bureau in search of information for one of her enquiries, she has no idea that she is about to have a life-changing encounter. The brilliant but unsettling young Astrid is autistic and a living encyclopedia of criminal investigations. She has Asperger’s, which makes her very original and rather finicky in some situations. When she gives Raphaëlle a helping hand, the two realize that their perfectly complementary skills are the key to solving cases, despite or even because of their differences.

Currently being produced by La Station Animation, this animated series (52 x 11') with a very different approach is a children’s take on the detective genre and cult comedy-action films.
Grosha & Mr. B are two cat detectives who work as a team at the Special Bureau of Investigation (SBI). The two agents have diametrically opposed methods and characters, and their job is to solve the wackiest of criminal cases. Grosha, the cat from a modest background, and the aristocratic Mr. B are backed by the SBI’s brilliant team of experts led by Miss Tigri: Turbo, the forensic tortoise, and Paquo and Paco, the two flying-squad pigeons.
Based on the book "Jean-Michel Le Caribou" by Magali Le Huche (published by Éditions Actes Sud). The awkward, endearing central character is back in an animated series produced by Autour de Minuit (48 x 11’ + 2 specials: 2 x 22’ / 44’).

Boris is a 4 year-old boy like all others who believes in his adventures with his toys, giving them speech with the sole strength of his imagination. They’re the perfect accomplices for his joys, fears and little problems. This way, Boris transfers to them his own reactions and anguishes: he’s afraid of the dark but makes them look scared instead, having them all join him in bed so that he can “protect” them.

Featuring previously unseen colorized archive images, APOCALYPSE: HITLER TAKES ON THE WEST explores the starting point of the Second World War and anticipates Hitler’s madness.
May 10th, 1940, Hitler takes on the West. Nazi tanks and planes ravage the countryside and cities of Belgium, Netherlands and Northern France. In Dunkirk, which has become a bottleneck, 330,000 British and French troops flee in complete mayhem. As Hitler enters Paris, his planes are about to pour a flood of steel over London and all of England. Will he precipitate Europe into the Apocalypse?
TREES: A GLOBAL SUPERPOWER
Enter an unknown continent with this new documentary (2 x 45’ / 1 x 90’) that will propel you into the world of trees. These earthly giants, far from being the mere static and lonely plants that we thought of them as for a long time, actually feel a wide range of emotions: they are sensitive to pain, selfless towards the weaker trees, and capable of memorizing data, as well as sharing it with other trees. In light of the latest discoveries from the botanical, forest ecology and “plant neurobiology” worlds, we are invited to enter the world of these mysterious ecosystems, the wonderful treasures of which we are only now just starting to discover.
