The group Alvan & Ahez represents France at the final of Eurovision 2022 in Turin, on May 14.
"It is a real pride to be able to bring the Breton language to the Eurovision! "Fulenn" is fire, passion, dance and celebration. Music brings people together, we want to show that our language has its place. We will represent our region, we will represent France.

On Saturday, March 5, 2022, Alvan & Ahez, from Rennes, won the second edition of Eurovision France - C'est vous qui décidez! They will represent France at the final of Eurovision 2022 in Turin, on May 14th.
Formed in 2021, the quartet was elected by the vote of the jury and the French public thanks to their song Fulenn, which mixes traditional Breton song and electro music, the group merges their musical influences to celebrate their roots. Fulenn means both "sparkle" and "pretty girl", and the lyrics, both poetic and mystical, freely take up the Breton legend of a young woman who emancipates herself from the gaze of others by going out to dance, at night, by the light of a bonfire. With Fulenn, the group will spread the cultural wealth of France.
Following the victory of Maneskin, Italy's candidate in 2021, and the second place of Barbara Pravi, this 66th edition takes place in Turin, at the Pala Olimpico, in front of more than 10,000 spectators.
France 2 and Culturebox have joined forces to broadcast the entire competition presented by our ambassadors, Laurence Boccolini and Stéphane Bern.
As of May 2, we will be able to experience Eurovision thanks to the unfailing mobilization of France Télévisions: short programs every evening at 8:40 p.m., and a trip to Turin in the company of Stéphane Bern.
Because more than ever we need to federate around the notions of show, song and text, union and Europe, because we believe strongly in the "fulenn" of Alvan & Ahez.
"We are very honored to follow in the footsteps of Barbara Pravi."
