DRAMA LINE-UP

Starting June 27, 2022, this Flemish series, produced by Panenka, will be aired linearly on France’s CANAL+ and non-linearly via myCANAL, the TV station’s on-demand channel.

Selected at the Séries Mania Festival 2022 (International Panorama category), this psychological thriller that switches back and forth between past and present has already aroused a lot of interest with the Belgian audience, witness its ratings on VRT last winter (best start of all time for a show on VRT’s platform). Netflix will broadcast the series elsewhere in the world (with the exception of French-speaking Europe).

In the 90s, a group of twenty-something friends is spending one last fun holiday before breaking into adulthood. But things turn terribly wrong when one of them dies in an accident. 

Thirty years later, Peter and Romée invite that same group of friends to their private island on the French Riviera. But the day of the departure, Peter receives footage showing the rape of one of their friends, taken during that tragic summer. Peter is convinced that the blackmailer is here on the island, among his guests. It’s only a matter of time before the truth comes out. Can their friendship survive this crisis?
