Junior Eurovision 2022 : Lissandro will represent France with his song "Oh Maman !"

On December 11th, live at 4:00 pm on France 2, Lissandro, a young singer of 13 years old, will carry the colors of France with his title "Oh Maman" during the next edition of the Junior Eurovision contest.

Biography of Lissandro:

Lissandro is 13 years old. He is native of a small village of Moselle in the East of France. His parents transmitted him the taste of music, and gave him the desire to sing. With a beautiful musical culture, Lissandro discovers the universe of the rock. From Elvis Presley through American crooners to Bruno Mars, the range of rock and pop music at Lissandro is wide. He sings in 5 languages, he also does dubbing for series and cartoons and dreams one day to become a speech therapist.  A jack of all trades, getting on stage is the best way for him to share his passion for singing. For him, Junior Eurovision is the adventure of a lifetime.

After Valentina's victory in 2020 and the organization of the contest in France in 2021 and the beautiful 3rd place obtained by Enzo, the 20th edition of Junior Eurovision, the declination for 9-14 years old of the biggest song contest in the world, will take place in Yerevan in Armenia following the victory of Malena.

The slogan this year is "Spin the magic".

Voting system

The particularity of Junior Eurovision is that you can vote for your own country, unlike the classic Eurovision.*
The linear and digital channels of France Televisions will be strongly mobilized, in close connection with the various participating countries, to encourage the French and European public to vote. 
To support Lissandro, the televoting will open from Friday 09/12 at 8 pm to Sunday 11/12 at 3:59 pm as well as during the show, by connecting on the website junioreurovision.tv, then click on VOTE and choose 3 countries among which France! 
The winner of Junior Eurovision will be the artist who has received the most votes from the public (50%), but also from all the national juries (50%).
