Distributed worldwide by France tv distribution, THE MOUNTAIN will be launched at the MIPCOM, which will take place from October 21 to 24, 2024 in Cannes.
Synopsis
Three strong-willed women - Emilie, Justine and Tessa – decide to investigate Emilie’s father’s disappearance after his helicopter goes down over Mount Bugarach. Could it have anything to do with the highly controversial drilling project launched by Muller Global Energy?
But what they discover defies their imagination: a portal to various parallel worlds! Determined to bring her father back, Emilie embarks on a frenzied quest in the multiverse. But messing with the rules of these parallel universes can be dangerous… Will she manage to change the course of fate and prevent an environmental disaster?
