France tv distribution is delighted to announce the launching of the international distribution of the series THE SEARCHERS.
Distributed worldwide by France tv distribution, this program, produced by Storia Television (a Mediawan company), will be launched at the Unifrance Rendez-Vous in Le Havre, running until September 10, 2026.
Synopsis
Devastated by the sudden vanishing of her husband, Police Commander Esther Bazin is on the brink of collapse. Fate brings Douma and Frankie, two civilians and members of the Voluntary Disappearances Research Group (GRDV), into her life. Esther decides to join this very special task force to solve cases of voluntary disappearances that the police are not allowed to investigate, in the name of the “fundamental right to disappear.”
